Repair and support are part of our sustainable business relationships.
Go to support requestWe begin all our customer relationships with a thorough consultation. Every INOVIS product manager has deep experience in industrial computing and has worked on many challenging projects successfully in the past. We pride ourselves on adopting a consultative approach to each project and taking a value-added approach rather than looking for a quick one-off sale. We believe in developing long term sustainable business relationships with our suppliers and our customers
Your INOVIS PM will consider all angles in developing the specification with you. Where the application can be handled by our extensive portfolio of standard products or where the customisation is achievable within the parameters of these standard products options your project will be handled by team SESC our Standard Embedded Systems & Components team who will finalise your specification and proceed to order stage.
Custom Design – Team CESC
Where the customisation is more detailed and needs to be specific to your application for reasons of interfacing, physical operating environment, space restrictions, or myriad other custom technical reasons your project will be handled by Team CESC. Our experienced industrial PC experts will handle your request with a MOdified STandard product (MOST) or create a new custom solution to fit.
We enjoy taking an idea from a sketch to a prototype – right through to mass production. There is nothing more we enjoy than taking your wish, working with you to define it into a product specification, and transforming it into a reality. A reality that is backed up with full documentation, testing and certification where required.
For instance, for custom chassis and computer housings we manage the whole process from sheet metal to finished product.

Technical Certifications
INOVIS has dedicated assembly lines in both Taiwan and Switzerland that are certified to ISO9001:2015 standard. From mainboards to hard drives, memory, housing, and screens with and without touch, we assemble all components to meet our customer’s specification, and test the systems before they leave the assembly area. Once assembled and certified with the appropriate documentation our technical teams pass the products to our logistics teams where the products are scheduled for delivery, or in some cases storage locally ready to be called off as part of frame contracts. Often our customers demand staging and configuration before delivery to site to their own IT teams. This generally happens in our branch office warehouses.
Our goal is to turn around complex customer requests into finished products and delivered projects as soon as possible. There are a lot of moving parts required to realise this simple goal, and it requires constant project management. A key element of this entire process is our Taiwan office, which acts as an international sourcing bridge for all global INOVIS branch offices, interfacing with the top industrial computing manufacturers locally through their own language and customs.
Multiple times a year, our newsletter will provide you with information about new products, applications and services, industry news and events.
