Panel PCs and HMI solutions

Wincomm offers compact all-in-one panel PCs with 10″ to 24″ touch displays in industrial-grade housings. The systems (e.g. from the WLP series) utilise the latest Intel Core™ CPUs (up to 13th gen) or optional AMD Ryzen™ processors. They are completely dustproof and waterproof (front IP66/IP69K) and have full-flat touchscreens for easy cleaning. With numerous interfaces (USB3.2, LAN, HDMI, COM) and VESA mounting, they are ideal for use as HMI systems in machine control systems. The devices run on Windows 10/11 (including IoT versions) or Linux and are optimised for applications in industrial automation (e.g. food, beverages, pharmaceuticals).

Fanless Wincomm Panel PCs

The IP66-certified panel PCs (e.g. WLP-7G20-22, 21.5″ Full HD) offer Intel Whiskey Lake CPUs, up to 32 GB RAM and robust connections (VGA/HDMI, COM, LAN). Their flat, rubberised housing is designed for hygienic areas. The WLP series was developed for food/pharmaceutical production and smart factory environments. Wincomm’s Panel PCs can be designed as IP66 (front) panels or as fully sealed IP69K stainless steel devices.

Box PCs and stainless steel housing

Wincomm supplies robust Box PCs for harsh environments. The WTC series includes fanless, waterproof industrial box PCs made of stainless steel (SS304). These IP66/67/69K-protected computers (e.g. WTC-9H0) use Intel Core™ CPUs (12th Gen Alder Lake) with up to 64 GB RAM and come with M12 connections for fieldbuses. Thanks to the full metal housing, they can withstand salt spray, strong cleaning jets or vibration without any problems. The Os front panel can be wiped clean with disinfectants – ideal for ship automation, maritime applications and heavy industry.

Powerful embedded box PCs

In the WPC series, Wincomm offers high-end computers such as the WPC-789-PSI – an edge AI medical computer with Intel Core i9/i7/i5 (W680 chipset) and up to 128 GB ECC RAM. It has several PCIe expansion slots (e.g. for Nvidia AI graphics cards) and fulfils medical standards (EN 60601-1-2, CE/FCC/UL). The Wincomm Box PCs support Windows 10/11 (64 bit) as well as embedded variants and offer M.2 slots (for SSD and wireless modules), 4G/5G and even WLAN 7 as an option. Their fanless designs allow silent continuous operation in heat- or dust-loaded systems.

Stainless steel industrial computer

In addition to the box PCs, fully integrated all-in-one systems with IP66/69K and stainless steel front are also available. Example: The WTP-9H66 model is a 21.5″ touch panel PC with a full frame display, IP66/69K protection, robust antenna connections and cable gland for external I/Os. It runs Windows 10/11 or Linux and is used in outdoor applications (wide temperature range) or in clean rooms. Wincomm is expanding this Stainless Steel Series with individual components such as stainless steel monitors and 19″ box PCs, ensuring hygiene compliance and corrosion protection for food and pharmaceutical factories.

Medical systems

Wincomm manufactures medical panel PCs that are certified according to UL/EN 60601. The WMP series includes, for example, 15″-27″ all-in-one devices with antimicrobial touchscreens and hot-swap batteries (e.g. WMP-22S, WMP-24P). These ‘medical grade’ PCs have IP54 protection and a sealed design to minimise germ exposure. The devices support Windows 10/11 IoT and Linux and are suitable for operating theatre monitors, mobile patient trolleys and information kiosks. Their fanless design allows them to be used in operating theatres and clean rooms and they have all the necessary certificates for medical technology (EN 60601-1).
