INOVIS repair and support are a central component of our sustainable customer relationships. At INOVIS Live Automation AG we know: Not every company can replace its entire system landscape on a regular basis. That’s why we provide you with expert support for the maintenance and servicing of your devices – even beyond the warranty period.
Repairs even after the warranty has expired
We carry out around 50% of all repairs on appliances that are more than five years old and no longer covered by the warranty. For many companies, it makes economic sense to continue operating existing systems – provided there is a partner who is familiar with old appliances. This is exactly where we come in.
Our experienced technicians come directly to you, check the condition of the systems on site and decide together with you whether maintenance or replacement of individual components is sufficient – or whether a new purchase is the better option. Minor repairs can often be carried out directly on site.

Thanks to our many years of experience in the production of complete systems, INOVIS Live Automation AG is also able to carry out repairs at component level – precisely, efficiently and sustainably. This expertise clearly sets us apart from traditional service providers.
Spare parts directly from stock – fast and reliable
A major advantage for our customers: We have an extensive warehouse with a wide range of components. This means that many repairs can be carried out immediately without having to order spare parts first.
In addition, as an authorized partner of many manufacturers, we are entitled to carry out repairs directly in Switzerland – without the need to send them back to the manufacturer. This saves time and reduces your downtime.
Old devices? No problem.
With over 20 years of experience, we have access to numerous decommissioned devices, assemblies and prototypes. These often serve as valuable donors of spare parts – a real added value for customers who rely on older but still functional systems.
