50% of the repair is carried out on devices that are no longer under warranty because they are more than 5 years old. Not every business can replace its entire stock regularly and therefore relies on someone who knows about the repair and maintenance of old equipment. In this case, our employees like to go to the companies and evaluate whether it is sufficient to exchange components and to maintain the computer, or whether replacement with a new system makes more sense. Often, smaller jobs can also be done on site.
Due to its own experience in producing complete systems, INOVIS Live Automation AG can also carry out a complete repair of individual components for many devices.
Thanks to the large and diverse stock on site, repairs can often be done directly without purchasing extra spare parts. With the partnership relations with the manufacturer, we are also authorized to repair systems from manufacturers here in Switzerland without having to return them to the manufacturer.
After more than 20 years of existence of INOVIS Live Automation AG, we can also look back on many decommissioned devices and prototypes which have not yet been disposed of for your benefit. So if you still have an old device in use on which you are dependent, there is also the possibility of taking such a device as a “spare parts donor.”
