
Teamwork, Trust, and Long-Term Partnerships at INOVIS
At INOVIS Live Automation AG, technology and innovation are just two parts of the story. What truly defines us as a company are the people behind it: our colleagues, partners, suppliers and customers, who have grown alongside us over many years. As a Swiss company specialising in industrial automation, connectivity, and custom technology solutions, we firmly believe that long-term relationships and personal connections are as important as products and projects.
Many employees have stayed with INOVIS for a very long time, helping to shape the company with their experience, loyalty and commitment. At the same time, we are always happy to welcome newcomers who bring fresh ideas, perspectives and energy to the team. This blend of experience and innovation fosters a distinctive working environment where collaboration comes naturally.






To maintain our strong team spirit, we regularly organise dinners, gatherings and company events. These events, which take place outside of our daily business activities, are an important part of our company culture. Recently, the team enjoyed a bowling evening, followed by dinner at a fantastic Italian restaurant. We split into two teams, enjoyed some friendly competition and shared lots of laughs throughout the evening.
One of the highlights was seeing our CEO, Andreas Hoesli, score a perfect strike – a moment that quickly became one of the stories of the night. This perfectly reflects the atmosphere at INOVIS: professional during work, but always approachable, personal and team-oriented outside of it.
After bowling, everyone gathered around the table to enjoy great food and drink and have a good chat. Stories from old projects and memories of previous company events reminded us how shared experiences strengthen a team over time, while discussions about future ideas gave us a sense of what’s to come.



Special thanks also go to Leandro, who organised the entire evening. He did an excellent job of coordinating the event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was inspiring to witness such initiative and dedication from one of the younger members of the team.

At INOVIS, we don’t just organise internal gatherings. We also make time for personal visits with suppliers, technology partners and customers wherever possible. In an increasingly digital world filled with online meetings and rapid communication, we believe that sitting together, sharing a meal and discussing ideas face-to-face creates lasting value for everyone involved, and helps to build genuine relationships.
Many of our partnerships have existed for years because business relationships are built on trust, reliability and personal connection. Spending quality time together strengthens communication, improves collaboration and often results in better solutions and stronger, more long-lasting cooperation. These relationships with colleagues, customers and international suppliers are an important reason why INOVIS continues to grow and evolve.
