A warm welcome Leandro

11 August 2025 is a special day for us at INOVIS Live Automation AG, as we will be welcoming our new apprentice, Leandro, on this date. He will be completing his EFZ commercial clerk apprenticeship with us over the next three years, and we are very much looking forward to accompanying him on this exciting journey.

A new phase in life begins

For many young people, entering the world of work is a big step. The first day of training marks the beginning of a new routine and a period full of new experiences, challenges and opportunities. For Leandro, this means familiarising himself with a variety of responsibilities over the coming years and gradually developing into a competent businessman.

What can Leandro expect in the next three years?

Training to become an EFZ commercial clerk offers a versatile and varied experience. Leandro will work in various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our company in the process. This includes the following:

• The administration and secretarial team is responsible for organising appointments, processing mail and emails, and supporting the management.
• Finance and accounting: posting invoices, monitoring payments and supporting budget planning.
• Sales and customer service – preparing quotations, answering customer enquiries, coordinating orders.
• Purchasing and logistics – ordering materials, coordinating deliveries and keeping an eye on stock levels.

This enables Leandro to develop his technical skills and discover his personal strengths.

Learning also means taking responsibility

We believe that learning is most effective when you are given responsibility. That’s why Leandro will soon be given his own tasks, with the necessary support from our experienced employees, of course.

This approach ensures that he expands his specialist knowledge and develops important soft skills, such as communication, organisation and teamwork.

Training in Switzerland – Quality that counts

Basic vocational training in Switzerland has an excellent reputation. The dual education system combines practical work experience in a company with theoretical lessons at a vocational college. This enables learners to apply and consolidate what they have learnt immediately.

In addition to his role at INOVIS Live Automation AG, Leandro will attend vocational school to study subjects such as economics, languages, IT and general education. This combination will ensure he is fully prepared for the labour market upon completing his training.
